    Went here in June for an eye exam because I began to notice that I was squinting more and more. After ordering contacts and comparing my old prescription to my previous prescription from a LensCrafters in Pennsylvania, I noticed that the doctor actually lowered my prescription from what it was previously. When I called to speak to someone about it, they asked me if it was affecting what I was able to see...um obviously because I was already squinting prior to you lowering my prescription. Office staff is not helpful, will be going elsewhere for my next yearly eye exam.

    Called to ask if they take our insurance and they basically gave me this long complicated spiel. They have no idea what they are talking about. It was simply an excuse to take the out of pocket fees and "reimburse." Which is a form of insurance fraud. Just another reason our healthcare system is failing... because of businesses like this. So sad.
