Saturday I was charge $99 for a massage I did not book and then a late fee for an appointment I didn’t schedule. When I attempted to call up there I was told I would get a call back about my refund that day. Never heard anything, so I called again 2 days later and I am told to go online and send the owner an email. So I go online and send an email and I wait about 3 days and I hear nothing, so I called back and now I’m told we don’t know when the owner will respond we can’t do anything. For a false charge and from there I had to file a disputed with my bank because they would not give me a refund and the owner just ignoring me at that point. I did not appreciate that and I will not be going back. Especially since I did not know my card information was being saved. Nothing in the paper work and they didn’t ask to save it when I went the first time. Terrible experience for me and I will not go back. This is not the first time they’ve had this kind of encounter.
