  Good Luck trying to get an appointment! I've been trying to get in touch with someone at this office since December 2012; it's now February 2013. I've called and left voice mails, I went online and wrote an extensive email to them under the "contact us" link, I've texted the listed cellphone, as the site suggested, and I have not received an email or any call backs. Every time I visit the office and/or call no one is there. I honestly don't think they're in business anymore.
